Due to personalization, no refunds or exchanges are permitted. Please note that members will be required to have their membership cards present to receive all benefits. Due to personalization, please allow 2 weeks for shipping. Please keep this in mind when selecting shipping method; Fan club will not be expedited. If other items are ordered with a Fan Club, all items other than the Fan Club will ship with the desired method; Fan club membership card and letter will follow within 2 weeks. Unfortunately we are unable to fill your order for a foreign Fan club membership due to the cost involved for shipping and handling to mail out of the United States (unless you decide to have your membership sent to an address in the US). The other option is to purchase the True Blue Fan Club for $19.95 and you will receive an automatic email response giving you your membership number and expiration date. You may use that to make purchases and receive the 15% discount for one year online. If you come to the US print your email confirmation and use that to receive your True Blue benefits.
