Placing an order is fast and easy! We offer 2 ways to place your order: We will attempt to ship within 48 hours except orders placed on weekends and excluding customized jerseys.

Our web store is specifically designed to be safe and secure so you can feel comfortable using your credit card over the Internet.

Be sure to have your credit card, billing and shipping information ready and your list of items you would like to order, including size and color. We will make every attempt to make your ordering process as easy as possible and look forward to helping you place your order.

Order Cancellations/Changes will no longer be possible after your order is submitted. Please make sure all your information is correct before submitting your order.

Errors on Our Site: Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and The Official Shop of the Dallas Cowboys reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the Dallas Cowboys Official Online Pro Shop will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with The Official Shop of the Dallas Cowboys' Return Policy.

Sale Price Policy: Any item may be returned or exchanged for the original purchase price. If an item is exchanged for a like item, the customer will be charged the original price for the exchanged item. No price adjustments will be given for sale merchandise.
