How do I place an order?You may place your order at www.shopcowboys.com or contact one of our Cowboys Guest Service Representatives at 1-877-NFC-Boys.
How do I track my order?If you are a registered shopper with our online shop, please click on Order Status and sign in. Once you are signed in, click the “View” button next to the “Order History”. Locate your order number and press. You will be able to click the link to track your order. If you are not a registered customer, please call one of our Cowboys Guest Service Representatives at 1-877-NFC-Boys for support with tracking your order.
How do I return or exchange an item?See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.
How do I receive the 15% True Blue merchandise discount?See our True Blue Membership details.
What if an item I wish to purchase is not available in my size?Simply contact one of our Cowboys Guest Service Representatives at 1-877-NFC-Boys to assist with alternative sizing options and/or to assist with fulfillment of desired product size.
How long does it take to process a return? Please allow 2-3 weeks after we receive your return to process your return. See our Returns & Exchanges details.
Is it secure to enter my credit card information online? Yes. The Official Dallas Cowboys Online Shop remains up to date the industry standard security protocols. At no time do we provide your credit card information to any outside entity.
How do I know if apparel is true to size?Refer to our sizing chart details for sizing information. Alternatively, please feel free to contact our Cowboys Guest Service Representatives.
How do I unsubscribe from email promotions?Click on the manage your email preferences link at the bottom of any email communication sent from the Dallas Cowboys. Choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page.
How does the gift box service work?The Official Dallas Cowboys Online Shop offers exclusive gift box designs. Each of our designs are official, authentic and exclusive. A majority of our items are available to be gift box. Certain items are excluded from our gift box services due to their size. Refer to each product throughout our shopcowboys.com for product specific gift box details. Our cost is $5.99 per item gift boxed. This includes your choice of our gift box designs and a gift card. We are not able to combine items within a single gift box. Upon selecting an item that is available for gift box, simply choose the ‘gift box' tab located on each product page and select the gift box option. The charge for gift box is not refundable. If you do not wish to have your item gift boxed, simply do not select the gift box option from the gift box tab on the product page. Gift boxes are not refundable.

If I cannot locate what I am looking for, how do I search for it?We offer several different methods to search our Dallas Cowboys Online Shop. Simply go to the search feature at the top of any page and type in a descriptive keyword or item number in the “What would you like to find today?” search box. Additionally, we offer multiple search filters (price, size, color, player) to assist with your search.
